I've been having an issue. I did some research and the answer seems to be update to the newest version of Titanium Studio. So I went to do that. I went to Help - Check For Titanium Updates - Then Selecting the Update. It goes through the install/download just fine. But once it gets to the end, it gives me this weird error.
Re-open Titanium Studio

Solution
Modify IP to host file.
# Add a new line:
216.137.39.113 cloud2.appcelerator.net
# in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts
Re-open Titanium Studio
Try again
